Delhi Capitals The IPL has fined Rishabh Pan for the second consecutive time for being slow in his overrate in IPL 2024. Pant and DC received a fine of INR 12 Lakhs for maintaining a low over rate during the previous match at home, against the Chennai Super Kings in Vishakhapatnam on the 31st March.
