The Professional Golfers’ Association shared a mockup of a logo on social media as a playful nod to Scottie’s back-toback victories at PGA Player’s Championship.
This change is (obviously) intended to celebrate Scheffler’s accomplishment of becoming the first golfer in history to win two consecutive titles at this event.
The mock-up that quickly caught the eye of golf enthusiasts features Scheffler’s silhouette in gold on a classic navy background.

Golf fans responded positively to this idea. At the time of posting, the Tweet had received nearly 13,000 Likes.
Scheffler, 27, is currently ranked number one in the world for men’s golf. Scheffler won the PGA Masters Tournament 2022, in addition to his back-toback Player’s Championships.
