Washington Bullets Rob Dillingham: PG Rob Dillingham from Kentucky 
Although the Bullets did not get the first pick, they still have a chance to land a point guard who is talented with the second selection. 2 pick. Question is, who do you pick? Rob Dillingham, Nikola Topic or Stephon Castle. It’s Dillingham for me.

Houston Rockets: Zaccharie Risacher, SF, France
Two Frenchmen could be in the top 3. More Frenchmen would not be ideal. Zaccharie is a great wing for the Rockets and I wouldn’t mind if he ended up at No. 1. 1 overall.

San Antonio Spurs: Nikola Topic, PG, Serbia 
The order in which they are selected is not important. The Spurs might want to select one of these point guards as a replacement for Tyus Jones.

Detroit Pistons: Reed Sheppard (G, Kentucky)
Pistons have a great deal of work to do. Detroit desperately needs to find a new backcourt partner for Cade Cunningham.

Charlotte Hornets: Donovan Clingan, C, Connecticut 
The Hornets’ play has been inconsistent in recent years. Maybe this will change now that the Hornets have made such a good pick.

Matas Bulzelis: Matas, SF, USA 
Blazers’ center-guard play is excellent. The Blazers’ wings are extremely weak. This selection may be made to improve one of them.

San Antonio Spurs: Cody Williams, SF, Colorado 
Spurs’ first choice in the top 8 was a point guard. The Spurs can also use their second pick to find a new left wing.

Memphis Grizzlies : Stephon Castel, PG from Connecticut
Ja Morant, can the Grizzlies trust you? Memphis might just decide to move on because Morant is always in trouble.

Ronald Holland: Utah Jazz, SF
They could choose the best available player. While they are at it, helping their wings play wouldn’t be a bad idea.

Chicago Bulls: Dalton Knecht, SF, Tennessee 
To do this, the Bulls could look at a player like this.

Oklahoma City Thunder Ja’Kobe Walter: SG Baylor 
Thunder won’t be getting a starter in the first round. This pick could be used to improve the depth of their backcourt.

Malik Monk could be lost to the Kings in free agency. Here’s an alternative.

Portland Trailblazers : Kyle Filipowski (C, Duke) 
DeAndre Ayton has cemented himself as Portland’s centre, but its play in the paint suffered when Ayton wasn’t on the court. Better depth is needed.

Miami Heat: Jared McCain PG, Duke
Terry Rozier was acquired by the Heat last season. It was only a temporary fix. This is a solution for the long term.
