Fresh off the successful unveiling of their Chris Farley–inspired Madison Motivational Speakers The collegiate Madison Mallards have unveiled an alternate brand based on the Wisconsin meat classic. The Wisconsin Wurst will take part in one summer game.
The logo is inspired by an anthropomorphic Bratwurst. Colors are mustard yellow and cream sauerkraut. The word Wurst is set within encased sausage meat. Below are the traditional toppings of mustard and sauerkraut. The sleeve patterns are reminiscent of the July Oktoberfest.
A separate sausage W is included in the suite of logos, and the team believes that it represents Wurst, or even Win.It depends on the time of day.
Wisconsin Wurst is set to play on Saturday, July 27.
