Fulham They have revealed lavish plans for the redeveloped Riverside Stand. The club chairman Shahid Khan said that it will offer a range of premium matchday activities, “unlike anything else in football.”

“My vision was to create a new stand that would provide our fans with a premium experience on matchdays that would be unlike anything else in football in London, or anywhere else,” Khan said this in a public statement.
The Riverside Stand offers seven matchday experiences to fans. The top three floors are a “Sky Deck,” a rooftop that provides views of London’s skyline and the Thames. There are also “experiential pop-ups” for food and drinks. The club has also released images of a swimming pool located on the “Sky Deck.”
The Gourmet and The Brasserie offer two Michelin Star dining options to fans. The latter offers dual views of an open-air terrace on the riverside to one side, and the pitch from the halfway line to the other.
Fulham has said that they will be able to offer “the most intimate football experience” through “The Dugout”, a service where fans can sit directly behind coaching staff to watch the action. They will have access to an audio-visual bar.
The Dugout will be open for the public to enjoy at the beginning of the next season, while the rest of Riverside is scheduled to open by December 2024.
Philip Johnson, the architect for the New Riverside Stand, said that the vision was to create an experience unlike any other, in football or anywhere else.
“It is a privilege to bring to life this innovative design, with amazing spaces that will house incredible experiences for guests and fans, and a world class terrace that will drive atmosphere in the ground. All set in a unique setting on the banks of Thames.”
