Forge FC from Hamilton, Ontario is ready to take on the Canadian Premier League 2024 season with their new primary and alternative kits made by Macron.
The defending CanPL Champions unveiled their kits at a fan-only event at Tim Hortons Field, on Thursday, 28th March. The kits celebrate the club’s incredible success, having won four CanPL championships in the five-year history of the league.
Forge FC calls the primary kit “a masterpiece in design that captures the essence and triumphs of the club.” The primary kit is a Forge signature shade of orange with gold accents on the collar and sleeves cuffs. The abstract geometric pattern on the shirt depicts “sparks flying from a hammer in action — a nod to the relentless spirit and determination of the club.”
The club’s alternate kit is a “stunning tribute to the captivating allure Hamilton, renowned for being the waterfall capital of world,” it says. “Embracing Hamilton’s natural beauty, the kit showcases a unique waterfall white look that portrays a subtle but powerful nod to water crashing into a waterfall’s bottom.
The sublimated geometric texture on the white shirt features “three dynamic orange sparks, reminiscent of a forge ablaze with vigor – a powerful symbol of resilience, strength, and unity.” The sleeve cuffs are orange and grey, with grey side panels. There is also an orange trim around hem. The grey collar of the polo shirt has an orange band on the underside and a grey insert in front.
Forge FC will begin their 2024 CanPL Season when they play Calgary-based Cavalry FC, in a matchup of the CanPL championship final from 2023 on Saturday April 13.
