One misconception was prevalent among the many rumors: Airball being a trust fund baby or his wealth coming from his wife’s side of the family. Airball said at the end of the episode that none of these things were true. Airball added that “My spouse’s parents were both teachers at elementary schools and firefighters.”
Tuchman mentioned Airball’s previous claim that Airball told him he had been a beneficiary of a trust and his wife was wealthy, but Airball at the time thought that “that was trollish”.

Airball shared some of his first memories in poker. It was probably one of the most animated moments he has ever had before a camera. Airball recalled that his father used to play in weekly sit-and go games at home, and the winner of the league would get a spot in the World Series of Poker Main Event.

Airball said that Airball’s dad continues to play the game, but at a much lower stakes.
I think that the swing would be about a couple of hundred dollars. “If he wins, then he is happy. If he loses, then he is happy.”
How do Airball’s Parents feel about Airball playing in front of hundreds of thousands or even millions?
My parents aren’t that interested in me because they don’t care about my poker success. My parents are supportive. Not that they care but rather, it’s like I’m not sure. “I know that it causes my parents to worry when I play really large-streamed games. It’s because the big swing is something they’re aware of.”

Tuchman brought to mind a question he asked Phil Hellmuth when Airball first became popular in the video game. What is the real identity of the streamer?
“It’s really a mixture. “You’re streaming” is what I say when we are on. Isn’t it supposed to be fun? My opinion is that you should make the stream fun for viewers. It’s important to try and entertain your viewers. “I think it’s part of the experience of streaming, and not just sitting like a machine trying to play perfect.”
It’s also my opinion that the context of a stream is not always conveyed. When I’m trolling or giving someone crap and someone says, “he’s a dick”, it is like you do not know the relationship that I have with them. You do not know whether I am being a dick or not. “You just think I am being a dick towards him.”
